These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the fd888 online gaming platform, operated under the domain https://fd888.cam ("the Platform", "fd888", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager or otherwise accessing any part of fd888, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform. fd888 reserves the right to refuse access to any person at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the fd888 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise noted.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a User subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real money into a User's Account via a supported payment method.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals and as part of ongoing compliance obligations.
• "Platform" means the fd888 website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, casino and all associated services accessible at https://fd888.cam.
• "User", "you", "your" means the individual who registers, accesses or uses the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times bonus funds (or bonus plus deposit) must be staked before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of real-money funds from a User's Account balance to an external payment method registered to that User.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on fd888, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

1. You are an individual of at least 18 years of age (or the higher age threshold required by the jurisdiction governing the Platform's licence).
2. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or representative of any third party.
3. You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
4. You have not been self-excluded from any gambling platform (including fd888) and do not have an active self-exclusion in place.
5. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
6. You are not a current employee, contractor, officer or director of fd888 or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
7. All information provided during registration is accurate, complete and up to date.

fd888 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or permanent closure of the Account and forfeiture of any Bonus Funds.

Each individual User may hold only one (1) Account on fd888. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, device identifiers or any other method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

At registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including, but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and phone number. It is your responsibility to keep this information current. You may update your details by contacting customer support.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. fd888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify fd888 immediately.

fd888 conducts KYC verification as part of the account lifecycle. You may be required to submit government-issued identity documents (such as a CNIC or passport), proof of address and, in some cases, proof of the payment method used. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC requirements are satisfied.

By using the fd888 Platform you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions of use:

• You access and use fd888 entirely at your own risk and in compliance with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• fd888 is an entertainment platform. The Platform does not guarantee any financial return on wagers placed and makes no representation regarding the likelihood of any User winning.
• fd888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, modify or withdraw any game, market, odds or feature at any time without prior notice.
• Technical errors — including network failures, software bugs or data feed interruptions — may occasionally affect game outcomes or account balances. fd888 will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct such errors. Where an error has resulted in an incorrect payout, fd888 reserves the right to void the affected transaction.
• All communications from fd888 to Users will be conducted via the registered email address. You are responsible for monitoring your registered email for important account communications.
• fd888 may, at its discretion, limit or refuse service to any User in any jurisdiction at any time.

fd888 displays Account balances in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The availability of specific deposit and withdrawal methods is subject to change and Users must verify current payment options in the live cashier at the time of transaction. Payment method names referenced elsewhere on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited for illustrative familiarity only. They do not constitute confirmation that these providers currently support gambling transactions or that they endorse fd888.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified in the cashier at the time of the transaction. These figures are subject to change.
• Withdrawal processing requires completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will not be released to unverified accounts.
• Withdrawal methods must generally match the deposit method used. fd888 reserves the right to require withdrawal via the same channel as the original deposit.
• Processing times vary by payment method, operator batch schedules and compliance review requirements. No specific processing time is guaranteed.
• Fees applicable to deposits or withdrawals are disclosed in the cashier. fd888 reserves the right to introduce or amend fees with reasonable notice.
• Currency conversion: Where deposits are made in a currency other than PKR, an exchange rate will be applied. The applicable rate is disclosed at the time of transaction.
• Funds deposited must not derive from illegal activity. fd888 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

fd888 may, from time to time, offer bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing Users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms associated with each promotion, which will be communicated at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.

The following general bonus conditions apply unless a specific promotion expressly states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Maximum bet during bonus play: A maximum single-stake limit applies when a bonus is active. Placing a stake in excess of this limit may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided. The applicable limit is stated per promotion.
• Game contribution: Different game types contribute varying percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino, table games and certain other categories may contribute less or may not contribute at all. Contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus expiry: Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements must be used within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited.
• Maximum cash-out: Winnings generated from free spins or certain bonus funds may be subject to a maximum cash-out cap. Winnings in excess of this cap will be removed from the balance before withdrawal.
• Bonus abuse: fd888 reserves the right to withhold, withdraw or void bonuses and associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a User is exploiting a promotion — including through the use of multiple accounts, irregular betting patterns designed to reduce wagering requirement risk, or any other form of manipulation.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless specifically stated.

All bets and wagers placed on fd888 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, game or market. These rules are published within the relevant section of the Platform. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

• Sportsbook: Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed or abandoned will be settled in accordance with the sportsbook rules applicable to that market. fd888 reserves the right to void bets where an error in odds has occurred.
• Live / In-Play betting: Once a live bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Live odds are subject to rapid change. fd888 does not guarantee the continuity of live betting services.
• Casino and slots: All casino games use a random number generator (RNG) or certified live-dealer infrastructure. RTP figures displayed are theoretical long-run averages and do not represent a guarantee of session return.
• Minimum and maximum stakes for each game or market are displayed within the interface at the time of placing a wager. fd888 reserves the right to alter these limits at any time.
• Winnings are credited to the Account balance following settlement of the relevant event or game round. Settlement times may vary.

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under their own identity or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information at registration or at any point during the account lifecycle.
• Using the Platform if under the applicable minimum age.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors or pricing errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, insider betting or any form of fraudulent wagering activity.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal or illegal activity.
• Engaging in any activity designed to obscure the origin of deposited funds (money laundering).
• Charging back, reversing or disputing any transaction made in good faith on the Platform.
• Sharing Account credentials with any other person or allowing any other person to access or operate your Account.
• Using the Platform to harass, threaten or harm other users or fd888 staff.

All content on the fd888 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, source code and compiled data — is the intellectual property of fd888 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No User acquires any ownership right over any part of the Platform through use.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, scraping or commercial use of any Platform content without prior written authorisation from fd888 is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fd888 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or other intangible losses arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform.

fd888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

fd888's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total net deposits made by the User in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) PKR 10,000 — whichever is lower. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

fd888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and must never be pursued as a means of generating income or recovering previous losses.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to Users and may be accessed via Account settings or by contacting customer support:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount a User may deposit.
• Loss limits: Caps on net losses over a defined period.
• Session time reminders: Notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods: A temporary break from gambling activity, during which login and wagering access is suspended.
• Self-exclusion: A longer-term or permanent bar on Account access for Users who believe they need to stop gambling. Self-exclusion requests will be actioned promptly. During a self-exclusion period, no marketing communications will be sent.

fd888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• There is a reasonable suspicion of breach of these Terms.
• The User has engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• The User is found to be ineligible under Section 3.
• A regulatory, legal or compliance obligation requires it.
• The Account has been inactive for a prolonged period as defined by fd888's dormant-account policy.

Upon closure of an Account for cause, fd888 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where closure results from a breach, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be forfeited. Verified real-money balances not subject to dispute will be returned via the User's registered withdrawal method, subject to the completion of all outstanding KYC requirements.

Users may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to Account closure, the User must settle any outstanding obligations and withdraw any available real-money balance.

fd888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable advance notice will be provided via the registered email address or through a notice displayed on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects when the current version came into force.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which fd888 holds its applicable operating licence. The specific jurisdiction is determined by the licensing authority under which the Platform operates. Users are advised to seek independent legal advice if they require clarification on jurisdictional matters.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction that cannot be waived by contract.

fd888 does not warrant or represent that these Terms comply with the laws of Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction in which a User may be located. Users access and use the Platform entirely at their own legal risk.
